3. What data is collected?

When filling out an application via a web form on the Website or in a Google form, the Customer provides the following personal data:

• Name of the owner or main tenant

• apartment number

• contact number phone number

• email address

• number and types of desired available media

• address of the apartment building

• payment information (the fact of payment through the payment system)

Technical information may also be collected automatically when you use the Website (IP address, date and time of access, web server information).

4. Purpose of collecting personal data

The Customer’s personal data is processed for:

• processing the application

• communication with the Customer

• manufacturing, programming and activating the available media

• transferring the available medium to the Customer

• making payment

• organizing delivery

• providing technical support

• fulfillment of the Contractor’s obligations under the public offer agreement

• keeping of accounts and compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine

5. Procedure for processing and storing data

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Contractor in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

Personal data is stored for the period necessary to fulfill the obligations between the Customer and the Contractor, and no longer than required by the current legislation of Ukraine.

6. Transfer of data to third parties

Personal data is transferred to third parties only in cases necessary for the fulfillment of obligations, namely:

• payment services (including for payment confirmation)

• delivery services (for example, Nova Poshta)

• contractors and third parties operating on based on the contract with the Contractor and involved in the fulfillment of obligations to the Customer

• in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of Ukraine

Such provision of data is not a breach of confidentiality.

7. Customer Rights

The Customer has the right:

• to know the location of their personal data

• to receive information about the conditions of their processing

• to demand correction of their personal data if they are inaccurate or irrelevant

• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in cases provided for by law

8. Protection of personal data

The Contractor applies technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, modification, loss or disclosure.

9. Changes to the Policy

The Contractor has the right to make changes to this Policy unilaterally by publishing an updated version on the Website.
The changes shall enter into force from the moment of their publication.
